This market leading Global Financial Services Organisation are seeking their next HR Coordinator to join this friendly and fast paced business. You will enjoy working on a variety of tasks where no two days are the same.
About the role:
As the HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in HR administration, ensuring smooth operations and a great employee experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating HR data in systems like Workday.
- Supporting payroll processes to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including new hires, promotions, and contract changes.
- Coordinating and delivering induction sessions for a seamless onboarding experience.
- Assisting the HR team with various people initiatives.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in 1-2 years experience in HR administration or coordination, ideally in a corporate environment. Experience with Workday or a HRIS system is essential, along with permanent work eligibility in Australia.
Your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm will make you a great fit for this role
